Sign-in to your account on the customer log-in page and click "My Account" on the top right side of your screen. You can view and update your personal information, such as your name, email address, and shipping details, directly from your account page. To recover your password, head to the customer log-in page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email and hit "Submit". You'll receive a link via email to reset it. If you don't receive the email, check your junk/spam folder, or contact us for further assistance.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be in resalable condition. To get started, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back.
